EXCHANGE POLICY
So, you don’t like the dress you ordered, the shoe doesn’t fit you as you had imagined it would,
technology played an evil joke on you and the colour look brighter in the picture online. We have a
solution for you. Here is what you need to know:
WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT
- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 business
days of receiving your order for store credit for the total price of the item(s).
- Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed & unaltered) with the tags attached.
- Shoes should be returned unworn and free of damage. The item must not have gone on sale, been
discounted, or be part of a special order. The item cannot be accessories such as jewellery, belts, hats,
scarves, handbags and beauty products. And of course the item must be from ALTEREGOINDIA.COM
- To ensure your item gets to us and because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we
suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service like DHL/Fed-ex/DTDC etc. Please allow
up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order to us for your exchange to be processed. We will
email you once your item has been received and issue you your store credit.
NOTE:
- Return postage will only be covered by ALTER EGO in the case of damaged or wrongly shipped
merchandise.
- Please keep your tracking number to ensure that the package is returned to us. We are not
responsible for packages that never arrive.
- ALTER EGO reserves the right to decline the exchange of your items if the above terms have
not been followed.
STEPS TO TAKE:
- Repackage your item(s) you are returning securely (in the same box, with the original packaging).

- Include a copy of your invoice# with the item(s) you are returning.
- Ship the item(s) you are returning to:

As soon as we receive the item you are returning, we will make sure the item(s) are in the same
condition, and then you shall receive your store credit!!
PS.- There is no last date on our store credit!!
