How do I know which size will fit me best?
The size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your size in Alter Ego. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our Customer Love team. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements with your note and we’ll help you out. Some garments differ in fit, to see the exact fit of the garment, please refer to "Finer Details" tab on each product!

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. We process orders super fast, and once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer Love right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out! Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery. If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact Customer Love right away.
What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on "Track your order" and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
The items received are incorrect or are defective. What should I do?

My package is lost! what should I do?
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to Customer Love Team or get in touch with us via Whatsapp or a call on +91 7073663893 right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Can I order a custom dress?

Also, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about our current collection — we can offer recommendations and hopefully find you something you love!
I have a promotional or a discount code, how do I use it for an online purchase?
Once you have selected a product you want to buy, you will be directed to your bag, on the left you will be able to put in your promotional code and avail your special discount.
Can I return Final Sale items?
All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund or online credit in the form of an e-gift card, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. If you send a "Final Sale" item back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. Once received at our warehouse, any final sale return will automatically be shipped back to you. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. If you have questions, contact Customer Love before placing your order.
How much does shipping cost in India?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within India.
How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2-6 days of purchase from our warehouse. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
What is your online return policy?
For online orders, we accept goods in new condition with original tags and packaging for an exchange or a return. You need to fill out a return form for us to exchange or return the product. Please find the return form here. There’s no cash refund on any Alter Ego product. In case of a return, the product will be checked for its original packaging and condition. You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to postmark your items for return. Please return the goods you buy online through our easy online return process. The goods bought from any of our partner stores to be returned at the respective store only. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer unless there has been a goof up from our side! Alter Ego monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
What if my return is late?
We check the shipping date from your end. If the shipping date exceeds the 14 day return period, the product is not eligible for a return or an exchange.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full credit and place a new order.
When will I get my store credit?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our end. Your return can only be credited back to you on your registered email address. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your return so you know it’s on the way.
