OUR REFUND IS IN FORM OF STORE CREDITS. WE DO NOT HAVE A CASH REFUND POLICY.
We DO NOT offer returns / exchanges on Alter Ego Jewels or any other accessories. If the product is damaged when it arrives, please contact us immediately (within 24 hrs) and we will look into it.
Guidelines for Exchanges:
- Products can be exchanged for a another product/size or a credit note within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product will no longer be eligible for an exchange post 7 days from the date of delivery.
- All items to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. (Of course, in case you receive products in a damaged condition, we might request you to click a picture and share them with us for review.)
- Once the product(s) is picked up from our end for exchange and is received by us, we do a thorough quality check and then generate a store credit in form of a Gift Card which can be used in the next six months.
- Alter Ego does not offer a cash refund on returns of the online orders from our website. The total value of the returned products will be refunded to you in form of a credit note on the customer’s registered email address.
There is no return and exchange on items marked as FINAL SALE.
- We only offer exchange once on any product. Once a product has been exchanged from our side, the product cannot be exchanged again unless it is damaged.
